Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy
Welcome to our website. We value the intellectual property rights of others and expect the same in return. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), a copyright owner or their representative can submit a takedown notice to us through our designated DMCA Agent. As an internet service provider, we are protected under the “safe harbor” provisions of the DMCA.
Notice of Infringement – Claim
- The signature of the copyright owner or their authorized representative;
- Identification of the copyrighted material that has been infringed;
- Details of the infringing material and its location;
- Contact information of the complaining party;
- A statement asserting that the use of the material is unauthorized;
- A statement of the accuracy of the notification and the authority of the complaining party.
Section 512(f) provides penalties for misrepresenting information in a DMCA notification. Takedown notices should be sent through our Contact page via email for faster processing.
It should be noted that we may disclose your identity to the alleged infringer when handling copyright infringement claims.
Counter Notification – Restoration of Material
If your material has been taken down due to a copyright claim, you can submit a counter notification with specific details to our DMCA Agent. The counter notice must include your signature, a description of the removed material, and a statement asserting that the removal was a mistake.
Send your counter notice through our Contact page, preferably via email.
Repeat Infringer Policy
We have a strict policy regarding repeat infringers in compliance with the DMCA. We keep track of DMCA notices and take action against repeat offenders by terminating their accounts.
Modifications
We reserve the right to make changes to our DMCA policy at any time. We recommend checking this page regularly for any updates.
